To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your reservation is required. Any transaction fees are paid by the guests.

The remaining balance is paid at the hotel at checkout by credit card, IRIS Payments, or in cash. (We do not accept Diner’s Club and American Express cards.)

The national accommodation tax of €2 per room per night needs to be paid upon check-out in cash.

All payments are only accepted in Euro (€).

We are happy to provide early check-in or late check-out if there is availability. Please ask in advance.

You can cancel your room for free up to 22 days before arrival. Your reservation deposit will be refunded in full, except for any transaction fees.

For cancellations within 21 days prior to arrival, deposits are non-refundable.

– Kids up to 4 years old stay for free.

– Kids 5 years and older are charged as adults.

– We provide baby cots free of charge. Please notify us at the time of booking.

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets as the hotel is not properly equipped to accommodate their needs.

Smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas of the hotel.
